Jeff has over twenty years of human resources experience in assignments of progressively more responsibility. After graduating from Purdue University, he started his career with Inland Steel Company, working in recruiting, compensation, and labor relations. He negotiated that company’s first skill-based compensation system. Later, he spent eight years with Kraft Foods at various union and non-union sites. Prior to joining E.&J. Gallo Winery, he was the top HR executive for Paramount Farms, Inc., the world’s largest producer and packager of pistachio nuts. He is a member of the Florida bar. In his current role as Director of Labor Relations, Jeff provides human resources and contract administration support for all of Gallo’s operating facilities.
